Make your very own beats on the move with this Robot Pocket Operator, a small, ultra portable music device with studio quality sound and the flexibility to make music while you're on the go. The Robot has a live synthesizer and sequencer, with parameter locks, glide control and punch-in effects. It features real 8-bit synthesizer engines for making live and sequenced melodies and leads, 15 sounds + micro drum, live play + sequencer combo, 128 pattern chaining and a step multiplier so you can create your own music.
Just like the Rhythm and Arcade Pocket Operators, also available in the Science Museum shop, the Robot features a 16-step sequencer, 16 patterns, parameter locks, built-in speaker, 3.5mm audio I/O, jam sync, animated LCD display, folding stand, clock + alarm clock, 1 month battery life, 2 year standby time. Pocket operators are designed on a single multiple-layer circuit board using high quality components. By placing all vital and sensitive components under the LCD display there's no need for an outer case - the space under the display also doubles as a speaker box.
Compatible with all other music gear, all Pocket Operator models perfectly complement each other so you can use them separately or connect them together.
The Robot Pocket Operator measures 12.4 cm x 6.3 cm x 2 cm and requires 2 x AAA batteries (not included).
