Extended Christmas returns period
We've extended our returns period for the Christmas season, so anything bought from our online shop from Friday 21 October 2016 can be returned up until Tuesday 31 January 2017.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of receiving delivery and we will happily offer you a full refund or replacement. Make sure that anything you would like to return is unused and in a saleable condition, with any labels still attached and in its original packaging. Earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety unless the item is faulty.
Please note that all items purchased within promotional offers must all be returned in a fully saleable condition to be eligible for a refund; for example, if three items were bought in a 3for2 offer, all three must be returned.

We regret that, very occasionally, items develop faults. For items that have developed a fault, please contact our online customer services department on 0207 942 4000 (option 3) or by email email@example.com to arrange a replacement or refund within six months of receiving them originally. Please do not return items without first speaking to our customer services department for advice. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns where the order was received longer than six months ago.
Please note that gift wrap is non-refundable.
You can return products purchased online free of charge to our online returns centre address listed below. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we cannot accept responsibility for any returned items that are lost in the post. We recommend that you ask your post office for a proof of posting (available free of charge). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
The value of the returned product(s) at the time of purchase will be refunded in full to the same credit/debit card used to purchase the goods. Please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your return for a refund to be processed.
If you wish to receive replacement goods, please order them via our website or our call centre. We regret that we are currently unable to exchange goods via the returns centre.
