When it was first released, the Anglepoise desk lamp quickly came to stand for an entire design movement, speaking for the appeal of a sharp, masculine aesthetic, exposed workings and solid, functional design. 75 years on, Anglepoise have re-released the Original Anglepoise 1227 lamp to commemorate the very first of these iconic and universally loved lamps.
With a solid weighted base for extra stability, and the instantly recognisable Anglepoise aesthetic, you could be mistaken for thinking nothing has changed. You'd be wrong. This is a bang up to date version of a classic, complete with eco-friendly bulb. To own it is to welcome a page out of design history into your home.

Returns
If you wish to return or exchange a product to us for any reason you may do so within 28 days of the date of dispatch. You can return products purchased to our returns centre address listed below.
